Simple terms for Craftvel development services and ready-to-use templates.
Agreement and scope
Project scope, price, delivery, revisions, and support are agreed in writing before work starts. Website descriptions are informational and do not replace the agreed project brief.
Payments and delivery
Payment terms are confirmed for each order. Templates and project files are delivered after the agreed payment conditions are met.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide lawful content, accurate requirements, timely feedback, and access needed for delivery. Delays in those inputs may affect delivery.
Ownership and third parties
Ownership and usage rights follow the written agreement. Third-party software, fonts, media, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
